Before I ordered this product I emailed you an inquiry asking if your Listerine floss product was made by Johnson & Johnson because that is who has manufactured the product I have used for years. You did not reply. Because you are a USA company, I took a risk and ordered two spools with the hope that it was not a knock-off. It arrived today and I was very disappointed to see that it is made in Korea by LGHOUSEHOLD&HEALTHCARE LTD. It is not the same quality as the product made by Johnson & Johnson. Your floss is flimsier and slipperier, so it does not clean between teeth well.
